Planning Board meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 7:00pm at Town Hall in Mellenville.

We are very pleased to note that the Town's website (www.townofclaverack.com) has begun posting digitized minutes of Planning Board and ZBA meetings, beginning with December 2005's minutes, which also are posted below.
Please note that minutes of the Planning Board and of the Zoning Board of Appeals have, until recently, been available to the public only via a FOIL (Freedom of Information Law) procedure, which typically entailed a delay in our receiving them. After FOILing a paper copy we then had to scan (digitize) the minutes into PDF format to make them viewable on claverack.org. Our minutes, then, have not always been up to date, and for that we apologize. However, our tardiness in posting them resulted from our limited access to them, and from an unwieldy procurement procedure.
